Open to Full-time or Part-time (0.8 FTE) hoursFlexible, fully remote role within Macquarie University HealthBe part of a university-owned, innovative, academically integrated healthcare organisation where research, education and clinical excellence are embedded in practiceThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced, motivated and strategic Clinical Learning and Development Manager to lead the MindSpot Academy within Macquarie University Health.MindSpot is an internationally recognised digital psychology clinic, supporting more than 30,000 Australians each year through evidence-based mental health care. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of clinician training, learning and professional development programs that support high-quality, safe and effective digital mental health services.Reporting to the Clinic Director, this role provides clinical leadership across training, supervision and workforce development, while ensuring alignment with clinical governance, quality and compliance frameworks. You will lead a team of clinical trainers and supervisors and play a key role in shaping the future capability of the digital mental health workforce.Key accountabilities of this role include:Provide strategic leadership for clinician learning, development and training across MindSpotIdentify organisational learning needs and develop contemporary learning strategies and implementation plansLead and support a team of clinical trainers and supervisorsOversee induction, orientation, supervision and professional development for staff and studentsDevelop and deliver high-quality online training resources and learning programs for mental health professionalsEnsure training activities align with clinical governance, patient safety, quality and compliance requirementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to support service delivery, innovation and workforce capabilityContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and evidence-based education practicesWhy Join UsYou'll play a key role in shaping the future of integrated healthcare in Australia.
