Estamos buscando un IT Support que será responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico integral en los distintos hospitales y oficinas, asegurando la operatividad de los sistemas y equipos. Actuará como primer nivel de resolución de incidencias en microinformática, macroinformática, redes y software (ofimática, aplicaciones corporativas), trabajando in situ en los centros asignados.

Reportará directamente al Service Manager, quien gestionará su trabajo y coordinará las prioridades. Además, colaborará en la gestión de proveedores, apoyando al Service Manager en tareas operativas:

  • Resolver incidencias técnicas en microinformática (PCs, periféricos) y macroinformática (servidores, almacenamiento) en los hospitales y oficinas.
  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con redes (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DIRECTORIO ACTIVO) y software (Office 365, aplicaciones corporativas).
  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con telefonía fija o móvil.
  • Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con impresión.
  • Ayudar con las compras IT que se tengan que realizar.
  • Proporcionar soporte presencial a usuarios en hospitales y oficinas de Trade.
  • Escalar incidencias complejas al Service Manager y colaborar en su resolución.
  • Apoyar en la gestión operativa de proveedores de soporte IT.
  • Documentar incidencias y soluciones aplicadas en las herramientas corporativas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y buenas prácticas definidas por la compañía.
  • Participar en la instalación y configuración de equipos y software en los distintos centros.

Requisitos

  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Informática o similar.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico presencial y remoto.
  • Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Manejo de hardware y periféricos.
  • Experiencia en redes (configuración, diagnóstico).
  • Conocimientos en Office 365 y aplicaciones ofimáticas.
  • Valorables conocimientos en seguridad informática y normativa ENS.
  • Certificaciones valoradas: Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL.
