AI & Data Privacy Senior Specialist

Summary of the Role

We are looking for a AI & Data Privacy Senior Specialist who will support transversal teams in implementing and maintaining compliance with global privacy, AI, and technology regulations. This role involves assisting with contract negotiations, collaborating with internal teams on privacy and AI-related issues, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring the organization adapts accordingly. You will also design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on these regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support transversal teams on privacy and AI matters:

  • - Assist with contract negotiations involving customers, vendors, and partners.

  • - Collaborate closely with Amadeus' security, data governance, and compliance teams on AI and privacy-related issues.

  • Identify and assess legal and compliance risks associated with AI and privacy regulations and support actions to address these risks.

  • Provide legal guidance to technical teams and business units on interpreting these regulations.

  • Translate legal requirements into technical requirements and integrate them into operations through policies and processes.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and help ensure the organization adapts accordingly.

  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to educate stakeholders about privacy, AI, and technology regulations, ensuring the required level of understanding.

About You

  • Strong understanding of global privacy, AI, and technology regulations.

  • Experience in contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and partners.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with security, data governance, and compliance teams.

  • Skilled in assessing legal and compliance risks and providing actionable guidance.

  • Capable of translating regulatory requirements into operational policies and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills for delivering training and educating stakeholders.

  • Industry certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, or Certified DPO are considered a strong plus.
