We are in search of an accomplished Sales Manager to drive property sales within our residential complex in the Marbella area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell residential units within the complex.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries and scheduling property viewings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist clients through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in property sales in residential complexes in the Marbella area
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
