What are we looking for?

We are looking for an HR and Training Manager for the Spanish affiliate.

What will your challenges be?
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Recruit, onboard and engage top talent ensuring diversity.
  • Partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Guarantee the level of commitment and engagement of employees. 
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
  • Education: University Degree. Psychology or Labour Relations are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience having similar responsibilities.
  • Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
