What You'll Do
Evaluación de oportunidades de mercado: posee la comprensión general del mercado y de los clientes para los productos y líneas de productos gestionadas y articula su visión, alineado con la estrategia y los objetivos; utiliza la opinión del cliente como base para la ideación y creación de productos.

Definición del producto: lidera la identificación e impulsa la priorización de oportunidades, gestiona el desarrollo de asociaciones estratégicas y asesora sobre el enfoque de compra, construcción o socio; define elementos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades del mercado y la viabilidad comercial.

Estrategia y planificación de productos: crea el argumento comercial inicial para nuevos conceptos de productos y conceptos de lanzamiento; define la hoja de ruta del producto utilizada en las sesiones de estrategia y planificación de productos en toda la cadena de valor de entrega de productos; impulsa actividades interfuncionales relacionadas con el posicionamiento, los precios y la promoción en todos los canales de distribución.

Entrega y lanzamiento de productos: lidera la documentación funcional, las descripciones y la definición de requisitos para el desarrollo de productos; lidera y es responsable último de los productos de su vertical desde su ideación al lanzamiento. Colabora con el área de Product Services para el lanzamiento de los Productos.

Crecimiento y gestión de cartera: evalúa la adopción y el uso monitoreados del producto y participa en la recopilación de comentarios de los clientes; recopila, analiza e interpreta datos para llegar a conclusiones o presenta perspectivas y hallazgos para impulsar el desarrollo del producto y las decisiones de gestión del ciclo de vida, incluidas las mejoras y las interrupciones de servicio.

What Experience You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered; Product Management certifications is a plus
  • 7-10 years of related product management experience in a product-led organization required, as is experience leading in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics
  • Exposure to cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly desired
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required and must demonstrate a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead efforts in a highly matrixed environment
  • Team lead experience or demonstrated capabilities strongly desired
  • Experience in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma)
  • Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors
  • Can use strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities that demonstrate competitive advantage
  • Is capable of setting the vision and ensure its alignment with strategy and goals
  • Interact with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate Equifax' organization
  • Has managed executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands
