Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity through continuous learning and interaction with key market players. Ensure the team has access to and understanding of up-to-date market intelligence and product knowledge. Inform and influence internal stakeholders with insights from the field. Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare industry. Minimum of 5 years' experience in people management with a proven track record of team leadership and development. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of hospital procurement, reimbursement, and healthcare economics in Spain. Fluency in Spanish and English. Willingness to travel nationally as required. Experience in the Endoscopy or GI field strongly preferred. Prior P&L responsibility and experience in strategic business planning. Background in working within a matrixed or regional/global organization. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the broader regional and corporate goals. Provide full Profit & Loss (P&L) leadership of the Spanish Endoscopy business, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. Guide effective territory and account management practices. Support value-based selling, including contract negotiations and bundling of products and services. Building and maintaining relationships: Ensure all quality training, documentation, and complaint management processes are completed and followed.
