We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work directly with a diverse range of clients, helping them understand and optimise their marketing performance through actionable insights.

MSQ Data is a centralised data team that sits at the heart of MSQ, the UK's fastest growing multi-disciplinary marcomms group. We are a growing team of market leading, best-in-class specialists, based in our HQ in Covent Garden. Working closely with all MSQ agencies, who may be providing CRM, media planning & buying, PR or specialist marketing services, we fuse the very best in data insight, smart tech and creativity to drive commercial leaps for its clients.

MSQ Data works in both the B2C and B2B sectors for clients such as Three Mobile, Royal Mail, CFA and Which?, developing data strategies, insights and MarTech solutions for delivery in the UK and worldwide.

We provide a highly supportive and stimulating environment for those who want to collaborate with other data specialists to create impactful and effective data solutions for clients.

  • Helping clients understand and optimise their marketing performance through actionable insights.
  • You'll be responsible for analysing and interpreting marketing data from multiple sources (such as Google/Adobe analytics, DV360, GoogleAds, Meta, SemRush and Brandwatch) building clear and insightful dashboards and presenting findings that drive strategic decisions
  • You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and overall business outcomes

Key Requirements

  •   2–4 years in marketing analytics, including agency experience
  • Strong Power BI and Looker skills for dashboard development
  • Experience handling marketing data sources:
  • Paid media: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360
  • Programmatic platforms: The Trade Desk
  • Digital Analytics: Adobe Analytics and GA4
  • Organic channels: Google Search console, Sprout Social
  • Proficiency in marketing intelligence tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, SEMrush/Ahrefs)
  • Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights)

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency setting

  • Awareness of marketing attribution and measurement challenges
  • Up to date with trends in marketing technology and analytics
