Role Summary

Develop, execute, and optimize Account Based Marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts to increase penetration, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate the sales cycle in close partnership with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

ABM Strategy

  • Design ABM programs 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many based on account tiering.
  • Map key stakeholders within target accounts and develop customized journeys.
  • Create tailored messaging, content, and value propositions for specific industries and roles.

Campaign Execution

  • Build and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, social selling, events, webinars, and direct mail.
  • Coordinate the development of personalized landing pages or microsites for key accounts.
  • Develop sales activation materials such as pitch decks, templates, scripts, and battlecards.

Commercial Alignment

  • Partner with sales to prioritize target accounts, identify needs, and track intent signals.
  • Align ABM metrics with commercial goals such as engagement, influenced pipeline, and deal acceleration.

Analytics and Optimization

  • Define KPIs and dashboards to measure program impact at account and cluster level.
  • Analyze intent data, web behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on insights.
Requirements

Must-haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or complex sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Account Based Marketing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation and ABM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or similar).
  • Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong focus on metrics and optimization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EHS, PRL, CAE, industrial, construction, or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Health & Safety Directors or Operations leaders.
  • Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms and technical content.
