We're looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist for a product-focused IT company that has been specializing in developing desktop applications for macOS and iOS. This company has 15 released products that make it easy for users to share and convert files, find, download, and convert music or videos, download copyright-free images, or, for example, free up RAM to improve computer performance.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll own email and lifecycle marketing at the core of the user journey, drive measurable revenue impact, and have the opportunity to grow into a broader Growth role over time.

What you will do:
- Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back;
- Build and optimize funnels from download → trial → paid;
- Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention;
- Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows;
- Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points;
- Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights;
- Launch tests, evaluate results, scale what works, kill what doesn't;
- Collaborate with product and design when needed — but move fast independently.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companies;
- Proven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impact;
- Experience building onboarding, trial, upgrade, and win-back email flows;
- Ability to segment users based on behavior, not assumptions;
- Strong copywriting skills for emails that drive clear action;
- Experience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar);
- Ability to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churn;
- Experience running A/B tests across emails, funnels, and landing pages;
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metrics;
- Ability to improve landing pages and conversion without heavy dev support;
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.
Will be a plus:
- Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results;
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods;
- SEO knowledge.
