We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Launch, manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads and others.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing department to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, landing pages and content.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide feedback and recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience or more in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research, customer behavior analysis, and performance metrics tracking.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Living in Madrid, Spain.
- Intermediate or advanced English level, with good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing pages.
- Experience collaborating with CRO teams.
- Basic or intermediate WordPress knowledge to update and modify content.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and retargeting strategies.
