En Matcha & CO somos la marca líder en el té matcha y complementos alimenticios. Ahora estamos en búsqueda de una nueva persona que quiera unirse a nuestro equipo con el fin de aportar valor al cliente, y participar activamente en añadir valor a la compañía.

Tu Rol en Matcha & CO:

  • Trabajarás codo con codo con el resto del equipo de Customer Care de eCommerce y colaborarás estrechamente con otros departamentos para abordar cualquier situación del día a día.
  • Ofrecerás asesoramiento a nuestros clientes, asegurando su satisfacción y resolviendo cualquier duda o incidencia que pueda surgir.
  • Mantendrás interacciones fluidas con los clientes a través de correo electrónico, teléfono, chat y redes sociales.
  • Tu opinión tendrá mucho valor. Aquellas oportunidades de mejora que identifiques se tendrán en cuenta en los procesos de trabajo con el fin de mejorar la operativa.
  • Serás responsable de alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de equipo, basados en indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
  • Brindarás soporte en la corrección y traducción de textos.

¿Qué Buscamos?

  • Dominio nativo o avanzado del Francés y Español.
  • Nivel avanzado de Inglés.
  • Formación universitaria.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como orales.
  • Capacidad sobresaliente de planificación y coordinación.
  • Flexibilidad y habilidad para adaptarse rápidamente a cambios.
  • Iniciativa propia y capacidad para tomar decisiones.
  • Experiencia previa en contact center o en roles de atención al cliente.
