We're looking for a strong HR BP (Global) — a true partner to leaders who sees the whole system, works hands-on, protects team health, and builds sustainable people processes across all markets.

What you will do

1. People Support (core of the role)

  • run regular 1:1s with leaders and teams
  • support teams through changes, conflicts, and structural shifts
  • guide new leaders and establish management rituals
  • drive internal communication: clear, timely, honest
  • act as an early warning system — diagnose risks before they escalate.

2. Culture

  • reinforce working norms: ownership, openness, respect, pace
  • support org changes and team restructuring
  • identify cultural risks across branches; help leaders communicate in a mature, honest, and constructive way

3. People Data & Analytics

  • run eNPS cycles, analyze results, and provide clear recommendations
  • based on insights and analytics, design new processes, propose improvements and drive innovations in the HR function
  • produce people analytics: workload, org structures, risks, changes
  • prepare data for all-hands, board decks, and external requests

4. Performance Management

  • run performance review cycles (twice a year)
  • participate in calibration and decisions on raises/development
  • keep processes simple, fast, and free of bureaucracy
  • support development plans and corrective actions when needed

5. Hiring & Onboarding

  • lead the full hiring cycle and assess cultural and managerial fit
  • guide people through the onboarding process

6. People Operations

  • control contracts, transitions, and key documentation
  • ensure correct payroll data (together with finance/legal)

What we're looking for

  • senior-level HR BP or HR Generalist experience in fast-growing companies
  • strong managerial maturity: clear communication, boundaries, difficult conversations
  • ability to work in high change and uncertainty
    high autonomy: "see- act", without external management
  • strong sensitivity to people and early problem detection
  • confident English (US/LATAM/Brazil collaboration)
  • flexibility to work across multiple markets simultaneously.
