Base Salary: €30,000–€40,000 + Bonus OTE up to €45,000

About the Role

Taphandles Cerviteca SL — the European subsidiary of Taphandles LLC (USA) — is hiring an entry-level Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona.

We design and manufacture custom beer fonts and tap handles that help breweries across Europe stand out and sell more beer. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, creative design, and hands-on technical work, and who wants to grow into a full account management position through structured training and mentorship.

What You'll Do

  • Learn to manage customer accounts across Spain, the EU, and other markets
  • Translate customer ideas into clear, manufacturable design concepts
  • Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and production teams
  • Assist with quoting, documentation, and CRM (NetSuite) project tracking
  • Help prepare presentations, prototypes, and client samples
  • Participate in trade shows and occasional brewery visits

What We're Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in a technical, design, or customer-facing role
  • Background or education in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Technically curious, organized, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
  • French, German, or other European language skills a plus
  • Valid EU work permit and B driving license
  • Enthusiasm for beer, design, and creative manufacturing

Training & Growth

You'll receive direct mentorship from experienced account managers and technical leads. We'll train you in our product line, manufacturing methods, and client service approach so you can confidently grow into a full Technical Account Manager role with independent clients and projects.

What We Offer

  • €30,000–€40,000 base salary (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus (OTE up to €45,000)
