We're looking for professionals who are passionate about driving operational excellence, experienced in change management and stakeholder engagement, and capable of leading initiatives that integrate financial, contractual, and reporting processes. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in defining KPIs and governance models that ensure transparency and impact across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial operations, with the ability to identify opportunities in key areas such as Order to Cash, billing, contract management, and reporting.

• Experience with day-to-day finance operations, identifying opportunities for process integration and digital optimization.

• Solid knowledge of accounting processes.

• Ability to define and track business KPIs aligned with strategic and operational goals.

• Skilled in reporting and governance of both functional and digital initiatives, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment.

• Proven ability to build engagement across teams and establish effective follow-up mechanisms.

• Extensive experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.

• Understanding of tasks related to the merger of two legal entities.
