Your Impact

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist  in Barcelona to help develop, execute and optimize inbound and outbound campaign strategy designed to create full funnel leads for PTC CAD software. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced shared services marketing team, youll have the opportunity to shape programs aimed at building our brand and driving demand for our CAD business that serve various engineering industries. Creating brand awareness and customer interest for Creo and Mathcad, youll be a key player in driving the success of our CAD business.

Day-To-Day:

  • Work with the cross functional marketing team to design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns (including digital, email, social, and virtual events)
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs, as well as develop ongoing performance reporting
  • Manage an A/B testing plan to constantly hone campaign performance
  • Collaborate with SEO and web teams to drive qualified organic traffic through keyword research, content creation, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Help regional marketers create and launch regional programs or leverage central marketing campaigns in local languages to help generate Top of funnel leads (webinars, content syndication, third party ads, nurture streams, etc.)
  • Create, run and report on organic social promotions for various campaigns
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure all lead generating activities are properly positioned, followed up, and tracked accurately

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to always meets deadlines with quality work
  • An understanding of lead management, sales cycle and routing processes preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • B2B Software company experience
  • Hands-on experience deploying email campaigns, optimization testing and social media
  • Experience creating effective web banner ads
  • Experience with buyers journeys and content strategy is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, and QlikExperience using marketing technology like 6Sense, Eloqua, ON24, Knak, Google Analytics is desired

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years experience in marketing or demand generation
