What's Your Mission?
The Growth Business Analyst at IKONO plays a pivotal role in connecting data, insight, and business strategy. This position is responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data across markets, channels, and experiences to uncover growth opportunities and support data-informed decision-making.
In a company driven by creativity and immersive storytelling, the Growth Business Analyst ensures that every strategic decision-marketing, commercial, or experiential is guided by evidence and foresight. The role bridges analytics and intuition, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform our brand, operations, and future growth.
What You'll Do:
Data Systems & Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and improve systems for consistent data collection, storage, and reporting across markets and channels.
- Establish frameworks for tracking both marketing and business performance (e.g. traffic, conversions, ticket sales, NPS, revenue).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility through proper documentation and automation tools.
Analysis & Insights
- Monitor brand and business health by tracking key KPIs (awareness, consideration, NPS, engagement, conversion, and retention).
- Analyze internal and external data to identify growth patterns, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.
- Build data models and forecasting scenarios to project future performance and guide strategic planning.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations to optimize future activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align data reporting and drive unified growth insights.
- Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and strategic implications for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and experiential teams to ensure decisions are supported by both data and empathy.
Market & Trend Intelligence
- Lead ongoing research into market dynamics, cultural shifts, and audience behaviors.
- Benchmark IKONO's performance and positioning against competitors and relevant industries (entertainment, cultural, lifestyle).
- Identify new growth opportunities through trend analysis, audience segmentation, and experimentation.
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dynamic dashboards and executive-ready presentations that summarize performance and forecast outcomes.
- Deliver regular insights reports tailored for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests with quick, data-backed responses.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, market research, or growth/performance strategy roles.
- Proven experience in data modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, cleaning, and automation).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python or RStudio for data manipulation and analysis.[IV1]
- Familiarity with CRM, or BI integrations to ensure data consistency across tools.[IV2]
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, social listening, or survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Typeform).
- Strong grasp of digital KPIs, funnel analysis, and cross-channel measurement frameworks.
- Experience in entertainment, experiential, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or other EU languages are a plus.
