Do you want to work in a highly dynamic environment? Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver IT projects? Do you want to use your expertise in requirements gathering and agile environments to help our projects succeed? Apply as Technical Analyst to join our IT Clearing team within the Post-Trading area.
What You Will Do
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation as well as conduct current and target impact analysis
- Collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an agile framework
- Contribute to reducing all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes
What You Bring
- Computer Engineering or other similar technical degree.
- More than 5 years of demonstrable experience as a technical analyst, as well as in the management of IT projects of different - types: closed projects, software maintenance and evolution, etc.
- Mixed technical-functional profile: familiar with software development methodologies and with knowledge of the functional area in which the projects are developed (financial markets and post-trading)
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology. Use of tools Jira, Confluence, Big Picture, etc.
- Very good verbal and written skills in Spanish and English, with knowledge of German an advantage
