Your main purpose

Campaign Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze performance data across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Display) to identify trends and opportunities. Deliver weekly/monthly reports focused on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.

Performance Dashboards & Insights:
Maintain dashboards and conduct ad hoc deep dives to guide investment decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing and commercial teams.

Campaign Execution & QA:
Support the setup and optimization of paid media campaigns. Coordinate with media agencies to ensure accurate implementation, including audience targeting, creative deployment, and localization. Perform QA checks on tracking and assets.

Budget Tracking & Forecasting:
Monitor media spend across platforms and markets, reconcile budgets, and flag pacing or inefficiency issues. Assist with monthly forecasting and collaborate with Finance on POs and invoicing.

Optimization & Test Activation:
Identify underperforming areas and propose optimizations (audience, creative, placement). Track performance shifts due to seasonality, promotions, or inventory. Contribute to test-and-learn programs and share key learnings.

Operational Coordination:
Manage timely delivery of campaign assets (tracking, creatives, translations). Work closely with CRM, Brand, Product, and Sales to align on timelines and campaign inputs. Keep trackers and calendars up to date for smooth execution.

What will you bring?

Experience:
2–4 years in digital marketing analytics or campaign performance roles, with a solid understanding of paid media environments.

Analytical & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics 4, and BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.

Platform & Tracking Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign tracking tools and frameworks (GTM, UTM parameters).

Budget & Forecasting:
Skilled in budget tracking, forecasting, and supporting finance operations within marketing teams.

Insight Communication:
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Languages & Organization:
Native Spanish, fluent in English (B2-C1). Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
