En knowmad mood buscamos un Delivery Lead para liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos en el área de Impacto Positivo (sostenibilidad e inclusión) de un importante cliente del sector retail.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?


•Definir y comunicar la visión de producto, proyecto, prioridades y valor a entregar


•Gestionar y priorizar el product backlog, alineando con los objetivos, riesgos y dependencias técnicas


•Elaborar épicas, features y user stories claras, con criterios de aceptación y Definition of Ready/Done.


•Coordinar la entrega con equipos de desarrollo, funcionales, QA y operaciones


•Gestionar stakeholders y comunicación en inglés.


•Velar por el cumplimiento normativo y calidad de las integraciones.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experiencia de más de 5 años gestionando equipos y proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    y ecosistema cloud (Kubernetes, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de
    microservicios y APIs
    , CI/CD y GitHub.
  • Inglés fluido.
  • Deseable residencia en Madrid para asistencia semanal a oficina.
