Responsabilidades Clave:

- Gestionar presupuestos, personal y recursos de manera efectiva.
- Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos y actividades operativas.
- Fomentar la colaboración entre equipos y departamentos.
- Monitorear métricas de desempeño e implementar mejoras.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa y las normativas externas.
- Representar al departamento en reuniones ejecutivas y compromisos con stakeholders.
