Sales Engineer – Power & Electrical Industry

Are you a technically minded sales professional with a strong network in the power and electrical sector? Join our client's team and take a key role in driving business growth across the transformer, switchgear, and power distribution markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand sales within the assigned region

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers

  • Build and maintain long-term technical and commercial relationships

  • Achieve sales and margin objectives

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

  • Provide technical insight to support pricing strategies and commercial decisions

  • Identify new product and application opportunities in the market

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical conferences, and networking events

  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and support lead generation

Your Profile:
  • Technical education (electrical engineering or related field preferred)

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the power industry

  • Solid understanding of key market players: transformer manufacturers, switchgear panel builders, EPCs, and system integrators

  • Active presence in the market with established customer contacts and a clear sales strategy from day one

  • Experience selling electrical equipment, components, or competing machinery is a strong advantage

  • Good command of English

  • Willingness to travel and represent the company professionally
