Maintenance and breakdown claims handler

Responsabilidades:
- Recepción y atención de llamadas cumpliendo los estándares de calidad en relación con las medias de llamadas evitando perdidas / abandonadas.
- Informar y asesorar al interlocutor, cliente o taller.
- Tramitación Expedientes de averías y mantenimientos de vehículos.
- Revisar / solicitar documentación relativa al expediente.
- Uso del aplicativo Informático intervención y seguimiento.
- Verificación de presupuestos
- Autorizar los compromisos a los proveedores.
- Realizar seguimiento de expedientes.
Requisitos
- Titulación Media, FP automoción o similar o en gabinete pericial.
- Experiencia como tramitador de mantenimiento y averías del automóvil o de asesor de taller con trato directo al cliente.
- Conocimiento de entorno Windows y Office.
- Se valorarán conocimientos de sistemas de valoración Gtmotive, Audatex
- Orientación a la atención al cliente.
- Comunicación verbal, escucha activa, transmisión de la información.
- Análisis de la información, iniciativa y gestión administrativa.
- Altamente resolutivo.
