Flowable is looking for a
Senior Content Marketing Manager
to architect and scale our global content engine. You will transform Flowable's agentic case platform capabilities into a compelling editorial narrative that resonates with enterprise buyers, industry analysts, and senior decision-makers in regulated industries.

This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Digital, and Sales to drive cohesive storytelling across GTM motions. You will shape the editorial strategy, lead content programming, create high-quality assets, and ensure consistent voice and messaging across channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Narrative & Editorial Leadership
  : Own and evolve Flowable's global content narrative by building an editorial strategy that drives demand, analyst influence, and thought leadership, while ensuring all communications maintain a consistent voice, tone, and level of clarity.
• Content Strategy & Program Ownership
  : Lead the planning, production, and distribution of long-form content—includin

  white papers, ebooks, customer stories, and executive ghostwriting—translating product marketing insights into effective multi-channel formats and developing frameworks for ABM, vertical, and industry campaigns.
• Organic Discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO strategy)
  : Define and refine SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy in collaboration with Digital and agency partners by building topic clusters, editorial roadmaps, and search-driven content that aligns with Flowable's positioning and technical depth.
• Functional Collaboration:
  work closely within the marketing, product, event and digital team. Cross functional collaboration with sales, customer success and partnerships.
• Social & Corporate Storytelling
  : Own Flowable's presence on LinkedIn and other priority channels, leading content that amplifies company narratives, announcements, customer impact, and market insights, with execution supported by agency partners when needed.

  : Manage external writers, SEO specialists, designers, and creative agencies, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality, aligned with strategy, and consistent with Flowable's editorial and brand standards.

What you bring:

• 7+ years in B2B content marketing, ideally enterprise SaaS, automation, or platforms.
• Proven experience creating high-value editorial content for technical / regulated audiences.
• Strong storytelling, editing, and narrative development skills.
• Understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO in enterprise GTM environments.
• Experience collaborating within the marketing, product, event and digital team.
• Ability to work with technical subject-matter experts and translate complexity into clarity.
• Hands-on execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English is required.
