What you will do
- Act as the global technical reference for LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting) and GDC (Gravity Die Casting) processes.
- Define and validate industrial processes for new aluminum casting parts.
- Support global manufacturing sites and suppliers to achieve QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
- Develop, review, and deploy process standards, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for casting defects.
- Drive innovation projects in LPDC/GDC technologies.
- Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for part design and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility.
What we're looking for
- A proven track record in LPDC and GDC aluminum casting processes and industrialization of new parts.
- An Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial).
- Excellent skills in defect analysis and process optimization.
- Strong competencies in project management and cross-functional coordination, with a collaborative approach.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and our ambition to transform the industry.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
