Social Media Content Creator & Manager
who lives and breathes content. This role combines
strategic social media management
with
hands-on content creation
, working closely with our Head of Marketing to shape and execute our social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

·      Lead the social media strategy under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.

·      Plan, execute, and optimize content calendars across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

·      Social Media listening - Monitor performance, trends, and platform updates to continuously refine content and strategy.

·      Write compelling, on-brand copy tailored to each platform.

Content Creation (Photo & Video)

·      Create high-quality organic content for social media using both
professional cameras and iPhone
.

·      Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) with strong storytelling and viral potential.

·      Event coverage in different cities.

·      Scriptwriting for TikTok and Instagram short-form videos.

·      Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.

Creative & Trend Leadership

·      Stay ahead of social media, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle trends.

·      Bring fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

·      Translate mood, emotion, texture, and sensoriality into visually compelling short-form content.

·      Management and organization of content archives ensuring easy access and use by all the team.

Experience & Background

·      Minimum
5 years of experience
in similar roles or freelance projects within
beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
.

·      Proven experience creating and managing social media content for premium brands.

·      Based in
Barcelona
.

Technical Skills

·      Strong knowledge of
photo and video editing tools
: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.

DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

·      Solid understanding of professional and mobile content production workflows.

Soft Skills

·      Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.

·      Team player, comfortable collaborating across marketing, brand, design, and product teams.

Schedule & Location

·      
Full-time

o  Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

o  Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Summer schedule

o  Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

o  Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
