That's why we're looking for a Social Content Creator who can turn our story into something people feel, not just scroll past.
We're seeking someone to own and amplify Genesy's voice across social media, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and business, you'll be the force behind our company's social presence, translating complex business concepts into scroll-stopping content that resonates with a broad audience. You'll own our social strategy, manage founder-led content, and coordinate high-impact launches across our channels.
You'll start with LinkedIn first, our strongest and most under-used platform. You'll own it end to end: writing, posting, experimenting, and shaping the narrative into a real engine.
From there, you'll expand to other platforms with platform-native logic, not random tests. The goal isn't to be everywhere, but to know what works where, and why. You'll push strong formats, bring creative ideas that respect how each platform behaves, and spot trends early, turning them into Genesy-native content.
Key responsibilities:
Own Genesy's LinkedIn presence end to end
Ghostwrite and manage founder-led content
Lead social for launches and key moments
Write social-native, high-clarity copy
Expand into new platforms with intent and logic
Track performance and iterate fast
About You
You bring:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B social, product marketing, product, ops, or sales
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong platform intuition and trend awareness
Solid business understanding and curiosity
High ownership and bias for action
A creative eye and social-native humor
Scrappy video skills (phone-first)
- Based in Barcelona or open to relocation.
CapCut, Descript, Premiere, Figma, or Photoshop
Experience in fast-paced, high-output environments
