We are looking for a Copy Content Creator with exceptional social-native writing skills and a sharp instinct for premium, modern brand storytelling. This role shapes both evergreen and reactive content through ideas and copy that are insight-led, culturally relevant, compliant, and fully aligned with the tone and identity of premium skincare and lifestyle brands. Constant awareness of global trends and local market behaviors (US, Canada, Europe) is essential, working closely with Strategy and Art Direction.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and write for modern skincare and premium brand voices, using storytelling, tone, and insight to make content feel elevated and social-native.
  • Look at social platforms with intention: identify how global and local trends influence storytelling, brand tone and cultural conversations.
  • Write clear, sharp, premium copy for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging formats.
  • Ideate and write reactive content concepts based on cultural shifts, conversations, and behavior patterns in
  • Collaborate with Strategists to turn insights, category behavior, and audience understanding into smart copy angles.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors to ensure written ideas become brand-consistent content.
  • Write original ideas, not replications, rooted in insight, product truth, and audience language.
  • Source editorial, cultural, product, and copy references and evolve them into new storytelling patterns.
  • Partner with strategist on tone, timing, and channel-native format writing.
  • Apply PRC learnings to write scripts, captions, and claims that are compliant but still modern and engaging. Write accurate, PRC-aligned skin science content based on trustworthy brand sources and vetted unbranded sources (studies, dermatology guidelines, approved claims).
  • Learn from performance and evolve copy frameworks, hooks, and formulas based on real behavior.
  • Contribute to evergreen storytelling: tone pillars, brand narrative systems, seasonless copy frameworks.
  • Shape day-driving campaigns with strong copy angles and culturally sharp hooks.
  • Identify key cultural, industry, and seasonal moments and write stories that feel relevant and fresh.
  • Write quickly and adapt instantly to tone, platform, and direction changes.
    Maintain strong energy, collaboration, and proactive communication within the creative team.
Requirements:

Required Copy Skills

  • Mastery of short-form storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and narrative compression for vertical video.
  • Ability to craft scroll-stopping hooks (anti-hooks, POV lines, curiosity triggers, product truths, emotional pulls).
  • Writing for sound-on and sound-off behaviors, including on-screen text timing and beat-matched scripts.
  • Ability to develop brand voice systems that scale across platforms and formats.
    Crafting multi-layer copy systems: hook message benefit CTA- replay loop.
  • Fluency in AI-optimized writing: metadata, TikTok SEO, Pinterest search language, title structures, alt text.
  • Strong editorial instinct for premium skincare storytelling, building trust without overpromising.
  • Ability to create copy frameworks the whole team can use (hooks library, caption formulas, script formats).
  • Ensure all copy is aligned with PRC, legal, regulatory and claim requirements for skincare and healthcare brands
    Creator-facing writing: editable scripts, briefing language, voice lines, on-camera dialogue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years thinking and writing for social media (beauty, skincare, lifestyle or fashion preferred).
  • Strong portfolio with social media content and social storytelling.
  • Ability to write for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
  • Experience navigating PRC, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaborative spirit.
  • Native English.
    Understanding of skincare, beauty and lifestyle brand language.
