About the Role
We are hiring our first dedicated Product Marketer to establish this function. This role does far more than execute launches — it architects the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be the strategic glue that aligns internal teams, defines our narrative, and ensures the market clearly understands the value of our new platform — translating technical innovation into commercial success within an empowered product culture.
Responsibilities
Product GTM Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Architect the positioning for our next-generation platform, clearly differentiating BRAME from traditional gamification solutions.
- Validate customer pains, gains, and market opportunities early to ensure the roadmap solves high-value commercial problems.
- Own the commercial transition strategy and define how we communicate platform value to new buyers and existing customers.
- Lead market intelligence efforts: win/loss, competitive research, adoption insights, pricing signals, and customer feedback loops.
Launch Excellence & Commercial Enablement
- Orchestrate the full launch lifecycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment and internal readiness before external release.
- Architect the launch enablement ecosystem (frameworks, content, knowledge base) that connects our product roadmap to commercial execution.
- Move beyond basic training to active certification, ensuring the commercial team can fluently articulate BRAME's product differentiation and handle objections.
- Partner with Customer Success to map the customer journey and craft narratives that drive activation, adoption, and expansion.
Messaging Architecture & Content Systems
- Create value-based messaging frameworks that translate technical features into business outcomes.
- Continually refine ICPs, personas, use cases, and segment-specific narratives using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Ensure product narrative consistency across Demand Gen, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and founders.
- Build and maintain a structured library of product marketing assets (solution briefs, persona playbooks, demo scripts, battlecards).
What Success Looks Like
- A unified, value-based narrative used across all GTM teams.
- Predictable, high-quality product launches that drive adoption and revenue.
- Sales, CS, and Marketing confidently articulating BRAME's differentiation.
- Roadmap and GTM decisions grounded in strong customer and market insight.
- Winning competitive evaluations and growing within enterprise accounts.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
- Experience building PMM foundations in high-velocity SaaS environments (Series A–C).
- Proven success with product GTM launches and strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys.
- Ability to craft product positioning, messaging, content, and training that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strength in translating complex products into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- High data fluency (qualitative + quantitative).
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
