We are expanding our international presence across Asia Pacific, the Americas, and Africa, and we are looking for a strategic, creative, and data driven International Marketing Manager to lead the global visibility and growth of our brands. This is a unique opportunity to join a young, ambitious company in expansion, working hand in hand with the Sales team and cross functional departments to elevate our brands globally.

- Please note: This position will be based in Barcelona.
What will be your responsibilities?
Brand Strategy & Development
- Lead the creation and execution of 360º international marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and visibility across markets.
- Ensure brand identity and positioning consistency, aligning creative direction and tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Contribute to new product development, bringing insights from global trends and consumer behavior into the innovation process.
- Inspire and coordinate cross functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and high quality activations.
Business & Market Growth
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Trademark teams to strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial success in B2B and international markets.
- Identify emerging beauty trends and global opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Align marketing initiatives with company objectives, ensuring maximum impact and brand relevance in each market.
Performance & Insights
- Define, monitor, and analyze key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy and performance.
- Use data and consumer research to guide decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness worldwide.
What are we looking for?
- 5 or 6 years of experience in Marketing Management, Brand Management, or Growth Marketing, ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong experience in B2B marketing and a proven track record of building global brand awareness.
- Strategic thinker with hands on experience managing digital, offline, and multichannel campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and product development processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in international environments, managing multi market projects and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- A proactive, creative mindset and a genuine passion for beauty and global brand building.
