Objectives of this role

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Manage the full client lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, training, adoption) and serve as the main communication link between clients and partners
  • Collaborate closely with the LinkedIn team to support joint initiatives
  • Stay informed on company offerings and industry trends while driving organizational goals
  • Lead WTC's initial phase in the MENA region, supporting brand development and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs, solve challenges, and illustrate the value of our solutions to create growth opportunities
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights; contribute to program development and pilot projects
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions; support prospecting activities with LinkedIn
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure needs are met and develop account plans
  • Align work with WTC's culture and values while achieving business objectives and strengthening brand positioning

Required skills and qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
  • Ability to manage the team and to relate to our partner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
