What You'll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Consultant with expertise in Flowable and Business Process Management (BPM) to join our growing team.

As an IT Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions using Flowable and other BPM tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized solutions using Flowable and other BPM tools to streamline and automate business processes

  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and accuracy of the implemented solutions

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process

  • Train clients on how to effectively use the implemented solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance as needed

  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in Flowable and BPM technology and make recommendations for improvement to clients

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of Flowable and BPM solutions with other systems and processes

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to clients and project managers on a regular basis

  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within budget constraints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an IT Consultant, with a focus on Flowable and BPM

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Flowable and other BPM tools such as Camunda, Activiti

  • Experience with business process analysis, design, and implementation

  • English proficiency is a must; other languages are considered beneficial

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and timeline constraints

  • Willingness to travel to client sites if needed
