What we look for?

We are looking for a
Senior Test Manager
with at least 6 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of enterprise business applications through leadership of end-to-end testing activities, with a strong focus on test strategy, automation, and integration within CI/CD pipelines—particularly in regulated financial services environments. The role emphasises robust functional and non-functional testing, leveraging tools like JIRA and Xray, while driving best practices and continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle to join the project of our client from the banking sector.

High english level is required.

Availability to go to the client's offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testing, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end testing activities within Agile and DevOps environments, including test planning, defect tracking, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams using JIRA and Xray.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test suites—leveraging ServiceNow ATF—and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency and release velocity.
• Serve as a quality advocate by identifying risks, analysing test results, and communicating clear status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum of +7 years' experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years focused specifically on business applications (ITSM, ERP, CRM systems etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray
• Demonstrable experience developing and executing test automation strategies and integrating them into CI pipelines.
• Proven track record as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead within a regulated industry — ideally banking, finance, or insurance.
• Formal certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level)
• Familiarity with testing non-functional aspects including performance, security, and usability in context of enterprise applications.
• English at least B2+/C1
