Technical Consultant Spain

TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice, serving 34 major automotive companies worldwide. As a Technical Consultant, you will lead end-to-end data and digital projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions to our clients.

You'll be part of a Business Focus Team of 5 passionate professionals (Commercial Business Owner, Sales Manager, Technical Consultant, Sales Service, and 1st-level support) who own the entire value chain: Car Manufacturer → Spare Part Manufacturer → Trader → Garage. In this role, you are the trusted problem-solver who dives deep into complex technical challenges and delivers sustainable solutions that optimize time and processes. Success means keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth migrations while providing quick, reliable support. We'll know you're thriving when projects are delivered within agreed timelines, open cases are resolved in just a few days, and migrations run according to plan with minimal disruption.

What You´ll Do

• Be the Go-To Expert: Build strong client relationships, understand their goals, define project scopes and guide them through pilot phases and early adoption.
• Make Tech Work: Provide technical consultations on data architecture and integration, troubleshoot like a pro, and train customers to get the most out of TecAlliance tools.
• Lead the Charge: Manage end-to-end projects across multiple countries, keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.
• Share the Knowledge: Create clear documentation, best practices, and feed customer insights back into product development.
• Collaborate & Shine: Work with cross-functional teams and represent TecAlliance at industry events.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Profound experience in technical IT consulting or similar roles, with strong knowledge of data technologies, integration, and programming (JSON, SQL).
• Practical experience in consulting, software implementation, and project management.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English (any additional language is a plus).
• Flexibility: Willing to travel and dive deep into technical challenges to find the best solutions. Depending on where you are located in Spain, this will probably be 2 times a month on average (with overnight).

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
