What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Build talent pipelines that go beyond traditional sourcing—think networking, events, and creative outreach.
  • Use insights and data to continuously improve how we hire and who we hire.
  • Be an ambassador of our culture, showcasing what makes us unique at every touchpoint.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in dynamic, fast-moving industries.
  • A proven track record of hiring exceptional talent for senior or niche roles.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills—you know how to build trust and relationships.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools, social platforms, and creative recruitment strategies.
  • A passion for people and a knack for spotting potential beyond the resume.
