¿Cómo es trabajar en Reale?

El lugar de empleo será en nuestra oficina del centro de Madrid, con un horario de jornada completa e intensiva, dependiendo de la época del año, y teletrabajo varios días a la semana.

¿A quién estamos buscando?
La persona seleccionada deberá aportar titulación universitaria: Ingeniería, Informática o similar, que aporte experiencia como Service Designer, de al menos, 3 de experiencia en un puesto similar.

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en el desarrollo "end-to-end" de soluciones digitales a partir de problemáticas relevantes del Negocio

Buscamos personas con clara orientación al cliente interno, alto nivel de ejecución, autodesarrollo y visión estratégica. Imprescindible aportar nivel B2 mínimo de ingles.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
Contribuir, colaborar y participar en la creación y diseño de proyectos enfocados a la experiencia del usuario.

Algunas de las funciones más específicas de Service Designer
Contribuir en la implementación de metodologías ágiles dentro de los equipos de Reale, organizando y dirigiendo dinámicas basadas en Design Thinking y Scrum, bajo el marco definido por Reale Group
Metodologías de trabajo Lean/ Design Thinking y Agile

Realizar investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas (entrevistas, encuestas, análisis de datos...) con negocio y tecnología para entender sus retos y oportunidades de negocio y ayudar a identificar y priorizar sus objetivos a corto y largo plazo.
Diseñar procesos claros y efectivos, abarcando todos los puntos de contacto con la aseguradora (desde la contratación de pólizas hasta la gestión de siniestros, ámbito regulatorio, organizativo...) y de nuevos negocios afines (servicios, insurtech…).
Habilidades de Design Thinking y enfoque UCD

Participar en el diseño e implementación de herramientas tecnológicas que mejoren la experiencia del cliente (aplicaciones, chatbots, portales de autoservicio).
Crear prototipos o mecanismos de testeo de nuevos servicios o procesos y probarlos con usuarios finales para validar su efectividad.
Analizar competidores y tendencias del sector asegurador para identificar oportunidades de diferenciación.

Realizar un correcto traspaso de todas las conclusiones extraídas en la fase de definición a la etapa de ejecución, participando en las etapas iniciales de la implementación.
Definir y diseñar los requisitos funcionales, junto con Negocio y Tecnología, de las iniciativas de Transformación empleando Design Thinking.
