¿Qué es un Member Experience Manager? El puesto de MXM está diseñado para orientar a los socios del gimnasio referente del sector Anytime Fitness y servir de mentor para las nuevas incorporaciones del equipo en su camino hacia la mejor versión de sí mismos. Su principal misión es gestionar el Member Onboarding Process (MOP) de sus socios: una valoración inicial que les sirve para conectar con ellos, conocer su punto de partida y objetivos, para poder ofrecerles el mejor camino para conseguir sus retos. Tras este primer paso, el MXM es una figura fundamental para hacer el seguimiento de los progresos de sus socios y asegurar que todo el programa diseñado avanza correctamente hacia el éxito.

Responsabilidades


• Gestionar el Member Onboarding Process (MOP) de los nuevos socios, realizando valoraciones iniciales y definiendo objetivos realistas y medibles.


• Acompañar y hacer seguimiento del progreso de los socios, ajustando planes de entrenamiento y experiencia cuando sea necesario.


• Garantizar una experiencia de socio excelente, fomentando la adherencia, la motivación y la vinculación con el club.


• Actuar como referente técnico y humano dentro del equipo, colaborando en la integración y acompañamiento de nuevas incorporaciones.


• Participar activamente en acciones comerciales y de fidelización: llamadas, seguimiento, propuestas de acciones no tradicionales y apoyo a los objetivos del club.


• Utilizar herramientas digitales para el registro, seguimiento y optimización de la experiencia del socio.


• Colaborar con el equipo en la consecución de objetivos individuales y colectivos.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecen


• Se requieren ROPEC, al igual que una certificación actual reconocida a nivel nacional o internacional como NASM o ACE.


• Experiencia previa de entrenador personal, dentro o fuera de un centro deportivo.


• Experiencia previa en ventas, preferentemente en la industria del fitness.


• Se valorará experiencia previa en trabajo con aplicaciones CRM.


• Interés por la venta y todos los procesos implicados en ella: llamadas, comercialización, propuestas de acciones comerciales no tradicionales y los objetivos del club.


• Motivación, empatía, energía, capacidad de conectar y motivar a otros, habilidad de comunicación (verbal y escrita)


• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.


• Don de gente. Se premia un buen sentido de humor.


• Atención al detalle y actitud positiva.

Ofrecen:


• Contrato de 30-40 horas.


• Salario base más comisiones por rendimiento propio y del equipo.
