To take our product to the next level, we're looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our newly established Tracking Experience (TX) Squad. This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the core areas of our app that impacts millions of daily food and activity tracking experiences.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

YOUR MISSION

As the (Senior) Product Manager for our TX Squad, you'll play a crucial role in driving the future of how users interact with our tracking features—from AI-powered food tracking to fasting, recipes, diary and activity tracking. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data analysts and fellow PMs to craft user experiences that are simple, engaging and life-changing.

Here's what you'll be working on:

• Reimagining tracking: Own and evolve our tracking features (food, activity, fasting, recipes, diary) with a focus on usability, creativity and delight
• Harnessing AI: Drive innovation in AI food tracking, working on features that simplify everyday nutrition for millions of users
• Experimenting at scale: Frame hypotheses, create rapid prototypes and A/B tests with your squad and translate insights into impactful product decisions
• Leading ideation: Run ideation sessions, create product tickets in Jira and pitch ideas at product reviews to bring concepts to life—sometimes within weeks
• Optimizing funnels: Analyze user behavior and funnels, uncover why users drop off and create solutions that guide them toward healthy habits
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with designers, engineers, Product Ops, Localization, CRM and other squads to deliver seamless, scalable features
• Driving clarity: Keep the squad aligned with clear roadmaps, updated tickets and structured communication across stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

We'd love to meet you if you:

• Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience in a mobile B2C environment, ideally with a strong focus on user funnel optimization and data-driven growth
• Have a track record of impact, with measurable outcomes that show how your product decisions moved the needle
• Are highly skilled in A/B testing, funnel analysis and deriving insights from user data
• You're curious to experiment with AI to achieve faster results and streamline workflows, while also understanding its limitations
• Balance creativity and structure: You enjoy brainstorming bold ideas but also know how to manage deadlines, roadmaps and cross-team rituals
• Thrive in dynamic environments where things change quickly—you're resilient, adaptable and energized by experimentation
• You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity, keep stakeholders aligned and inspire your squad to deliver
