Executive Assistant per donar suport a en Pol, el CEO

, WindowSight està transformant milions de televisions en galeries digitals. Ja comptem amb més de
30 artistes i fotògrafs
que comparteixen la nostra missió: fer que l'art formi part de la vida quotidiana de tothom.

Aquest desembre fem un gran llançament als Estats Units
, desplegant la nostra app com a
galeria d'art i salvapantalles natiu en 10 milions de televisions
. (Per posar-ho en context, Movistar+ en té 3,5 milions). És un moment clau de creixement, i busquem una persona amb energia, iniciativa i passió per ajudar-nos a fer-ho possible.

RESPONSABILITATS PRINCIPALS

  • Donar suport estratègic i administratiu al CEO i a l'equip directiu.
  • Gestionar calendaris, reunions i comunicacions internes i externes.
  • Redactar i gestionar correus i documents en nom del CEO quan sigui necessari.
  • Organitzar viatges, allotjaments i despeses (si trobes les millors ofertes, millor encara).
  • Processar documents i signatures digitals.
  • Participar en la planificació i execució d'esdeveniments interns i off-sites.
  • Donar suport en la gestió de projectes i seguiment d'iniciatives estratègiques.

REQUISITS

  • Experiència prèvia en tasques d'assistència executiva o administrativa.
  • Habilitat per treballar en entorns dinàmics i d'alt creixement (preferiblement startups o consultoria).
  • Domini avançat de Google Workspace (G-Suite).
  • Excel·lent nivell d'anglès, català i castellà (oral i escrit).
  • Capacitat d'organització impecable, atenció al detall i actitud proactiva.
  • Flexibilitat i capacitat d'adaptar-se a diferents rols i ritmes.
