Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employee’s skills and develop career progression paths to retain top talent. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to employees and address performance issues promptly and constructively. Establish clear performance metrics and regular review processes. Implement initiatives to enhance employee empowerment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and enforce company policies and procedures. Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances effectively. Manage and lead the People's team. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep the company competitive **Your profile** You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree continuous training will be valued. You provide >10 years of experience in HR or people management roles and can prove successful implementation of strategic HR initiatives. You own strong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan/Spanish and English. **Your benefits** We are thinking of a Salary Range around 60K + a bonus, and a complete package of benefits and advantages.
