We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international sales team supporting businesses across EMEA. Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach Engage with decision-makers and assess business needs Match customer challenges with suitable digital solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Contribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion rates Requirements Native-level German and fluent English Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environment Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM tools Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset Experience in cold calling and managing account portfolios Exposure to IT or digital solutions sales and understanding of the local business environment are considered a plus What We Offer Full-time position (39h/week, Monday–Friday) Hybrid working model – Barcelona €25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 performance-based bonus Relocation support Continuous coaching and structured onboarding Clear career development opportunities International, dynamic, and supportive work environment Open the next chapter of your career under the sunny skies of Barcelona.
