Job Title: German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager Languages: German (C2) + English (Fluent) Location Barcelona, Spain Work Model: Hybrid  Employment Type Full-time Monday to Friday Job Overview We are looking for a German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding journey, act as a trusted advisor, and help them achieve strong performance and long-term success with digital advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities Onboard new clients and guide them through Google Ads setup and activation Consult clients on campaign structure, budget, and optimization strategies Manage a portfolio of advertisers across the German market Conduct outbound calls to engage and support new customers Identify growth opportunities, upsell solutions, and increase product adoption Analyze client needs and deliver tailored digital advertising recommendations Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems Meet performance, quality, and productivity KPIs Requirements C2 level German (spoken & written) Fluent English Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management Strong understanding of PPC / online advertising (Google Ads experience preferred) Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative selling skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and analytical skills Salary & Benefits Competitive gross annual salary Performance-based bonus Private health insurance Paid training & Google Ads certifications Hybrid working model Career growth and development opportunities International and dynamic work environment Why Apply This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in digital marketing and account management, working with international clients and advanced advertising solutions in a professional, fast-growing environment.
