Job Overview

We are looking for a German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding journey, act as a trusted advisor, and help them achieve strong performance and long-term success with digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through Google Ads setup and activation

  • Consult clients on campaign structure, budget, and optimization strategies

  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers across the German market

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage and support new customers

  • Identify growth opportunities, upsell solutions, and increase product adoption

  • Analyze client needs and deliver tailored digital advertising recommendations

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

  • Meet performance, quality, and productivity KPIs

Requirements

  • C2 level German (spoken & written)

  • Fluent English

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management

  • Strong understanding of PPC / online advertising (Google Ads experience preferred)

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong consultative selling skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
