In this role, you will support new business clients during their onboarding journey, helping them design, implement, and optimize data‑driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance across digital platforms. The position combines strategic consulting, relationship management, and technical onboarding, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a fast‑paced, innovative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and onboard new business clients, ensuring smooth adoption of digital advertising tools.Understand client objectives and design tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.Provide consultative guidance on campaign structure, optimization, and performance tracking.Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across the DACH market.Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.Utilize analytics and AI insights to drive campaign performance and client satisfaction.Ensure all client information is accurately managed and documented in CRM systems.RequirementsNative or C2‑level German and fluent English.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales.Proven client‑facing experience, ideally in an international or high‑stakes environment.Strong understanding of the German market, including business culture and data privacy (GDPR).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and results‑oriented mindset.Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.Desirable SkillsExperience with Google Ads or similar advertising platforms.Strategic thinking and business acumen.Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.Emotional intelligence and adaptability in multicultural settings.Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.What We OfferA dynamic, international, and collaborative work environment.Continuous professional growth through training and certifications.Opportunity to work with global clients in the digital marketing ecosystem. xsgfvud Modern workspace in Barcelona’s World Trade Center area, surrounded by the sea.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
