Youll analyze suspicious patterns, investigate potential risks, and ensure every case is handled with precision and integrity. What Youll Do: Monitor and analyze transactions to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity. Investigate and document fraud cases using internal systems and tools. Communicate with customers and partners in German and English to resolve cases quickly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fraud detection strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. What You Bring: Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or customer operations is an advantage.
