We are looking for an Account Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships in a hybrid role based in Bulgaria. You will apply a value-based selling approach while collaborating with clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)Experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcingKnowledge of sales strategies, sales pipeline management, and marketingStrong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivationProficiency in MS OfficeExperience with CRM tools is an advantage Working Hours Monday–Friday: 10:00 – 19:00Hybrid work model (Sofia, Bulgaria) What we offer Base salary: 1600€Target bonus: 750€Full Relocation Support Start date 26 January 2026 Contact: marco.velenosi@cbtalents.com +39 334 619 6398
