This role focuses on leading and advancing the sales efforts for the performance and expenses features of our HR software, within the Italian market.Base pay range: The range is provided by Factorial. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.What you will be doingLead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives for the Italian Market, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.Own managing sales-qualified deals and enhance the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, guiding them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, using creative and consultative selling techniques.Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.Your profileHunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.At least 2 years of closing B2B SaaS sales or digital transformation experience; full-cycle B2B sales.Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.Strong data analysis and commercial strategy development skills.Excellent communicator with the ability to establish rapport quickly.Proactive in generating and championing new ideas, with initiative and creativity.Full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.Ability to work in a continuously changing environment.Proficiency in English and Italian is required.Bonus pointsExperience building a Business Unit or team from inception.Prior experience in the SMB market.BenefitsHigh growth, multicultural and friendly environmentContinuous training and learning based on your needsAlan private health insuranceHealthy life with Gympass (gyms, pools, outdoor classes)Nora and Apeteat discountsBreakfast in the office and organic optionsSave expenses with CobeeLanguage classes with Yolk AcademyGet the most out of your salary with PayflowPet friendlyAbout usFactorial is an all-in-one HR Software company founded in 2016.
