You\'ll be instrumental in the growth and success of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.What Will You Be Doing?Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives Portuguese Market, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring their success.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving motivation and accountability.Take ownership of managing Sales-qualified deals and enhancing the customer experience, particularly in the execution of the sales cycle for our Expenses functionality.Identify, engage with, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making journey, steering them through the entire sales cycle to successful closure.Develop innovative account plans and strategies to surpass sales quotas, employing creative and consultative selling techniques.Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives, driving mutually beneficial outcomes.Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.Your ProfilePortuguese expert & professional use of English.
