About Us: We are The George, an independent marketing and communication Italian agency based in Barcelona working with international clients. We believe in ideas as a source of empowerment and teamwork as a driver of growth. Role Overview: We are looking for an Advertising Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Italian and English, have experience in an advertising agency or a similar environment, as the role requires managing an Italian client. Key Responsibilities: - Help manage client relationships, assist with account coordination, and ensure smooth communication. - Handle daily communication with clients: follow-ups, approvals and updates. - Assist in managing timelines, budgets and project deliverables. - Support senior account managers in coordinating with creative, strategy and production teams. - Help prepare briefs, presentations and status reports. - Ensure all information flows clearly between teams. - Participate in creative reviews and internal meetings. - Coordinate suppliers, freelancers and production partners when needed. Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency. - Positive attitude with a "doer" mentality. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Detail-oriented and solution-focused. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Ability to prioritize and keep projects on track. - Good knowledge of Keynote/PowerPoint, Numbers/Excel, Pages/Word and Google Workspace. - High-level of Italian and English is a must. Good level of Spanish is required. - The ideal candidate should be based in Barcelona.
