The ideal candidate should be fluent in Italian and English, have experience in an advertising agency or a similar environment, as the role requires managing an Italian client. Key Responsibilities: Help manage client relationships, assist with account coordination, and ensure smooth communication. Handle daily communication with clients: follow-ups, approvals and updates. Assist in managing timelines, budgets and project deliverables. Support senior account managers in coordinating with creative, strategy and production teams. Help prepare briefs, presentations and status reports. Ensure all information flows clearly between teams. Participate in creative reviews and internal meetings. Coordinate suppliers, freelancers and production partners when needed. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency. Positive attitude with a "doer" mentality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and solution-focused. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to prioritize and keep projects on track. Good knowledge of Keynote/PowerPoint, Numbers/Excel, Pages/Word and Google Workspace. High-level of Italian and English is a must. Good level of Spanish is required.
